Empowering Disabled People: e-Learning Challenges for Independent Life

This paper presents a solution to address the technological challenges to support the needs of people with intellectual disabilities towards an independent life, in the scope of the CISVI research project, which proposes a new research methodology to deal with the needs of disabled and social communities.
